As constantly evolving company that is forward-looking via efficient ways of working, Scandagra is welcoming an HR Manager.

THE ROLE

The purpose of your work is to help drive the company towards its goals by reviewing, developing, and implementing local HR processes, and procedures. You are a partner to the CEO and work closely with the management team, as well as implement new practices that comes from the corporate level. You lead the HR strategy and cover all spheres of HR management making sure that processes like performance management succession planning, training and development, recruitment, internal communication, engagement etc. are compliant with the organization’s development plans. You monitor HR’s KPIs, lead the annual budgeting process, and support your team of two – an HR specialist and an office administrator.

EXPERIANCE AND SKILLS

As a suitable candidate, you have a higher education and solid work experience as an HR manager at least in a mid-size organisation. You are experienced in all the employee lifecycle processes, and have worked with and have knowledge of HR systems and tools. As a person, you are responsible, solutionoriented, and hands-on. You are a great communicator and in addition to the Estonian language, you speak and write freely in English.
